Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience for junior roles; 4–8+ years for mid-senior roles
- Proficiency in relevant technologies/tools (e.g., SQL, Python, AWS, Linux, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AWS, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong English communication skills (especially for remote/offshore roles)
Salary Range (Monthly in PHP – for Remote/Outsourced Roles):
- Junior Roles (IT Support, Help Desk, Entry-level Dev): ₱30,000 – ₱45,000
- Mid-Level (Developers, Analysts, Admins): ₱50,000 – ₱80,000
- Senior / Specialist Roles (Cloud, Cybersecurity, PMs): ₱85,000 – ₱150,000+
(Compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and client placement)

- Specialized/Tech-Integrated Roles (Onboarding, Content, EHR): ₱45,000 – ₱60,000+
