  • Senior-level experience with Python & backend systems.
  • Experience in fintech, ad-serving, or payments.
  • Strong API design, architecture, technical leadership, and clear English communication skills
  • Comfortable mentoring and guiding team members.
• Compensation: €85,000–92,000/year, aligned with Germany/UK market

2. Mid–Senior Product Manager

• Responsibilities:
  • Build specs, PRDs, Jira tickets, and lead feature delivery.
  • Conduct user research and API-based UX design

  • Familiarity with payment flows, monetization mechanics, entitlement systems.
