How do I apply to Working Solutions?
1. Build Your Profile – 3 minutes
Provide some basic information so we can set up your personal profile.
2. Add Your Experience – 5 minutes
Share your work history so we can evaluate your qualifications and determine if you’re a good fit for our opportunities.
3. Complete Assessments – 30 minutes
Answer a set of behavioral questions based on common work scenarios to help us assess if your personality aligns with our requirements.
4. Run a PC Scan – 3 minutes
Download and run a quick, non-intrusive system scan to ensure your device meets our technical standards.
5. Choose a Client Program – 3 minutes
Browse available and upcoming opportunities, then select the program that best matches your skills, availability, and interests. If chosen, you’ll proceed to a video interview and background check.
Can I apply on a mobile device?
While you can start the application and complete assessments on a mobile device, the process must be finalized on a desktop or laptop. After submitting your details and finishing the assessments, you’ll need to download and run our PC scan on the computer you intend to use for work. If you begin the process on one device and need to switch, simply log into the Vyne applicant portal on your new device to continue. An email containing your Agent ID—needed to log in—will be sent once you’ve started your application and submitted your profile.
Is there a Fee to apply as a pro for working solutions?
There are absolutely no fees required to become part of our network of customer care PROs (independent contractors), and we will never request your banking or financial details at any point during the application process.

As an independent contractor, you earn based on your active time assisting customers—this includes minutes spent on live calls, chats, or customer support tasks. Time spent idle or on breaks isn’t included. The more productive you are, the more you can earn. Payment rates typically range from $0.25 to $0.31 per productive minute, though some programs offer fixed payments instead. Most opportunities guarantee a minimum of 30 minutes.
Simple and Flexible Earnings
Some programs also offer bonuses or higher rates as incentives. You’re also allowed to work across multiple programs for additional income. Payments can be conveniently received through direct deposit to your bank account or debit card, or you can opt for the Wingspan debit card for fast and easy access to your earnings.
